Antalya Airport Coordination

Most international COP31 participants will arrive through Antalya Airport. Turtas Rent a Car operates from an office approximately two kilometres from the airport.

We provide a free shuttle service between the designated airport meeting point and our nearby office. The rental agreement, document checks and vehicle handover are completed at the office.

Organisations coordinating several arrivals should provide complete flight information before travelling.

Driver and Payment Requirements

Every person who will drive a rental vehicle must meet the applicable age and driving-licence conditions and must be registered in the rental agreement.

• The minimum driver age is 22.
• Drivers must have held a valid driving licence for at least three years.
• A valid national or international driving licence is required.
• A passport or valid identity document must be presented.
• The payment card must be registered in the renter's name.
• Eligible Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards are accepted.
• American Express is not accepted.
• One additional driver can be registered free of charge.
• The minimum rental period is four days.

Different requirements may apply to specific vehicle categories. All driver and payment details should be confirmed before the vehicles are collected.

Security Pre-Authorisation

A temporary security pre-authorisation is required for each rental vehicle. The applicable amount is not normally collected as a direct payment. It is temporarily blocked through the customer's bank.

• SUV and minivan categories: €600 pre-authorisation

The organisation should confirm in advance which driver or authorised renter will provide the required card for each vehicle.

The release process begins after a problem-free return. The time required for the amount to become available again depends on the issuing bank and card type.

Corporate customers can request an invoice using their organisation's billing information. Complete company details should be provided before the invoice is prepared.

Required billing information may include:
